Today for breakfast I ate french toaster sticks with turkey bacon and I drank a cup of orange juice. For lunch I ate a chicken patty with a hamburger roll, mayonnaise, lettuce, pickles, and ketchup. I also drank a chocolate milk. It was pretty good but not the best lunch I've ever had. For dinner I had ravioli with shredded cheese with a diet pepsi. It was delicious. According to the USDA food pyramid I had my serving of vegetables, grain, oil, sweets, protein, and dairy products. I did not get a serving of fruit.
