Thanksgiving day I ate macaroni and cheese, collard greens, candy yams, honey ham and turkey. This is one of my aunt's house all. I drank a glass of orange Kool-Aid and a glass of orange soda. For dessert, I ate a small piece of confetti cake. Then I went to the house of another aunt, eat some sweet potatoe pie. Then I went back to the first one aunt, and made a plate to take home. The plate includes everything I said before. In regards to the nutrition pyramid, I did not have my serving of fruit or grain. I did have my vegetables, protein, dairy, oil, and sweets. It is difficult to maintain a healthy meal in family because everything is either fried or made in a way in which it is fatty so therefore it is hard to follow the food pyramid.
